Amy’s Favorite Breakfast Parfait

We all like a quick and easy breakfast–that’s also healthy! Here’s my favorite breakfast parfait:

  • ½ cup Berries
  • ½ cup Plain Unsweetened Yogurt (I use “cashewgurt”)
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seed
  • Drizzle of Honey (optional)

Layer ingredients and enjoy—it couldn’t be more simple!!
