It’s for the dad that’s missing golf with his buddies or business on the golf course because of back pain with his swing.
Hi, my name is Stephen Dunn, and I want to briefly introduce myself and discuss my experience, which has led to writing this book. I graduated from Physical Therapy School with a Master’s Degree in 1998 from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. I have specialized in treating back since I moved to California in 1999. I decided to open my own business after 3 years of working for others and being told how to treat my patients.
After opening my own contract business in 2001 in Los Angelos and our studio in Austin in 2005, we put together a unique approach to work with back pain… We, yes, my wife and I co-own CORE Therapy & Pilates in Austin. We got certified in Pilates together in 2002 and that changed everything… We have put together a comprehensive home exercise program that we have been teaching our clients since learning about Pilates and applying a mindful approach to movement.
