- 4 Redfish Filets (or other white fish)
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Chives, Chopped
- 1 Tsp. Thyme, Chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve over rice. Drizzle with butter and top with fresh herbs.
