Redfish Filets wHerb & Butter Sauce
  • 4 Redfish Filets (or other white fish)
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
  • 3 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Thyme, Chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Brush fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve over rice. Drizzle with butter and top with fresh herbs.
