- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (any nut butter will do!)
- 1 Scoop Collagen Peptides
- 1 Scoop Plant-Based Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Water
- *Optional: 1 Tbsp Honey
- *Optional: 1 Tbsp Cocoa Nibs
